While there are many health benefits to mud therapy, a few stand out as the most notable. Among these are its benefits for skin. Dead Sea mud is particularly helpful for skin ailments, including eczema and rosacea. Regular mud baths are also good for joint pain and can even improve skin complexion. They are also good for allergy suffers and help the skin look and feel younger.
