These neurodegenerative diseases reduce the quality of life, and as a precaution, we must introduce cycling into our lives.

4. Cycling is a great way to deepen our personalities: Our personalities present an image of us to the world, and the deeper and more well-read we are, the better the world perceives us. Cycling offers similar benefits. This activity asks us to observe the world and become aware. If you cycle around the city, you’ll notice something new every day – you’ll see people interacting, perhaps a historical ruin or monument and explore new hotspots. With mountain cycling, you’ll be able to appreciate nature in all its glory! Truly, cycling will centre us and provide that inner stillness that our minds and bodies crave.
