The sale for the newly launched Redmi 6 series smartphones is here. The speculations about the sale which were doing the rounds ever since the official unveiling of the series from Redmi on September 5th, 2018 has come to an end.
 
The Chinese Smartphone brand Xiaomi has played a balancing act between the two rival e-commerce setup Flipkart and Amazon by allowing both to hold the flash and exclusive sales on their platform for respective Redmi 6 series device. Flipkart has been an official sale partner of Xiaomi whereby the brand launched its Redmi 5 series and Y2 series on its platform.
 
It’s the first time that Amazon would be holding an exclusive sale for Xiaomi smartphone on its platform. The sale for Redmi 6 Pro, (a budget offering from Xiaomi under 6 series) would be live tomorrow that is September 18, 2018. The sale on Amazon would kick off at 12 PM on Tuesday. In India, the 3GB RAM and 32 GB memory variant can be grabbed at a price of INR 10,999 during tomorrow’s sale. The 4GB RAM and 64 GB memory variant would be up available for INR 12,999. Thus, a budget-friendly price range for Redmi is expected to attract the buyers once again.
 
Another reason for Indian buyers to be delighted is that unlike the Redmi 6 Pro’s launch in China, where Xiaomi offered the device with Helios processor in India it would offer Snapdragon chipset in all the devices of Redmi 6 series and not only in the Redmi 6 pro.
