These workouts stimulate multiple muscle groups all at once, giving you room to lift more weight.

It is important to train hard. Try not to limit your exercise routine to home workouts. Hit the gym for optimal results.

In as much as you need to train heavily, recognize your limits. Take frequent breaks. Training your body to the point of complete exhaustion will have a counterproductive effect.
